    If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, do not like the product, or ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Packaging Requirements:
    Please use the original packaging when returning items. If the original packaging is unavailable, use suitable alternative packaging that ensures the product is protected during transit. Damages incurred due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.


3. Return Process

    Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please follow the return process outlined above.
